Adam D.H. Grant, a shareholder with Alpert, Barr & Grant, ended the year with quite a BANG! After years of litigation, the case of Shenoi vs. Maya, et al. went to trial. Adam represented Cal South Soccer Association. At the end of the 2-week trial, during closing argument Plaintiff’s counsel asked the jury to award between $440,000 – $880,000. After deliberating for 45 minutes, the jury returned a 12-0 verdict of $0! A complete and total victory.
