Jonathan Leavitt
Besides being an attorney, Jonathan loves to go to concerts, try new restaurants, explore museums, and go skiing.
Jonathan sees his work as an attorney as a game of mental chess, and is immeasurably focused on crafting the right strategy to get his clients what they want to achieve.

Jonathan Leavitt is an associate with Grant | Shenon in the corporate and real estate group, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and real estate transactions. Whether representing clients in connection with their corporate or real estate needs, Mr. Leavitt brings a nuanced and zealous approach to the pursuit and advancement of all his clients’ goals.

Prior to joining Grant | Shenon, Mr. Leavitt was an attorney at two other Southern California law firms dedicated to business and real estate litigation. Robles, Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, during which time Mr. Leavitt gained insight into the inner workings of a judge’s chambers, as well as an understanding of the complexities of bankruptcy law, both of which serve him well in his current practice. Jonathan received his Bachelors of Science, Business Administration, from USC Marshall School of Business, and his JD from Loyola Law School.
