Priscilla Shing is an emerging legal professional with a unique blend of business acumen and legal training. Holding an accounting degree from the University of San Francisco, Priscilla spent three years at Deloitte, where she advanced to the role of Senior External Auditor. During her time at Deloitte, she worked with a wide range of clients across the consumer business, financial services, and tech sectors, providing valuable assistance in quarterly and annual audits, IPO preparation, and five mergers and acquisitions. 

Priscilla’s background in business extends beyond her professional experience, as she grew up in a family that owns a small business. This personal connection gives her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities entrepreneurs face in today’s dynamic environment. 

Priscilla recently graduated from Southwestern Law School, completing its rigorous two-year accelerated program. During law school, she interned at prominent companies such as Ring and Amazon Studios, where she gained hands-on legal experience. Her dedication and hard work have earned her multiple awards both in law school and during her tenure at Deloitte. 

Originally from the Bay Area, Priscilla is an avid fan of the Warriors, 49ers, and Giants. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking, running, and spending quality time with friends and family. With her combination of business experience and legal training, Priscilla is ready to make her mark in the legal field.
