Nicholas has practiced throughout the State of California, serving as a litigation associate in Northern California, as well as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm in Southern California. Nicholas is originally from New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from Carnegie Mellon University and completed his Juris Doctor Degree at Brooklyn Law School, with a business law certificate. While in law school, he gained securities litigation experience working with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Investor Protection Bureau.
