Having served clients ranging from individual shareholders to companies with multi-billion-dollar capitalizations, William understands the unique positions clients can find themselves in and how to help navigate them to where they want to go in an efficient and timely manner.
William has lived, studied, and worked around the world, gaining valuable experience and insights. He earned his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, his LL.B. from Bangor University Law School, and his B.A. from the University of Colorado. His goal is to use his extensive knowledge and experience to serve his clients’ needs in a unique and favorable way.
