Sarkis Yeretsian is a trial-focused litigator who represents clients in complex real estate and business disputes. Mr. Yeretsian’s practice focuses on high-stakes civil litigation involving real estate transactions, brokerage relationships, commercial contracts, and other sophisticated business disputes. He has experience handling matters involving contract claims, brokerage and agency disputes, fiduciary duty claims, intellectual property issues, and entertainment-related disputes and contracts. His work often involves navigating complex factual records and developing strategic litigation approaches designed to position matters for efficient resolution or successful trial outcomes. Prior to joining Grant Shenon Almaraz, Mr. Yeretsian practiced at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where he worked on complex litigation matters involving entertainment, real estate, and commercial disputes. He later served as litigation counsel for the in-house trial team at Compass, Inc., the largest real estate brokerage in the United States, managing litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation in high-value real estate and business disputes. Mr. Yeretsian earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 through 2025, an honor awarded to outstanding attorneys who demonstrate excellence in practice and professional achievement. Through these experiences, Mr. Yeretsian has developed a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process and the strategic preparation required to effectively advocate for clients in complex disputes.
